Deadlines.

There are so many steps to a finished piece of jewelry. I'm excited at each step, and then I realize I'm not done yet. It's on to the next step, and sometimes you just have to sit there and figure out what the next step should be. If you get ahead of yourself, you may end up with a piece you can't logically finish - not good.

Springtime Transition

I'm a gardener and every spring, I've got to get in the garden. I buy too many plants, plant too many containers, and make plans to expand my already vast area of garden. But enough about gardening! What, you ask, have I been doing with my jewelry? In April, I traveled to Finlayson, MN and took my coursework to become certified in Precious Metal Clay (PMC). I also have two shows under my belt already! New work off the bench for spring included new earring designs and some great new bracelets. I still have lots of new ideas for pieces waiting to happen. Keep posted!
